Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rails items, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All items must have original tags attached to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Choose your return reason and select whether you would like a refund or an exchange to generate a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
